We're Here to Help

Registration transfer and bib exchange availability depends on the race organizer's policy. Please review the event details page or reach out to the race director directly for specific transfer rules.

Race distances or categories that have reached their capacity will be clearly indicated on the event page with a 'Sold Out' or 'Capacity Reached' status.

Modifications to your race category are typically managed by the event organizer. We recommend contacting the race organizer directly to discuss if category changes are permitted and how to process them.

A small platform service fee may be applied to your registration, depending on the event setup. This fee is set by the race organizer and will be clearly shown during checkout before you complete your payment.

If you are unable to attend the race, please contact the event organizers directly to submit a refund request. Review the event's specific refund and cancellation policy on the event page, as most athletic events have strict no-refund policies unless the event is canceled.

If a race is canceled or postponed by the organizer (e.g., due to extreme weather), the organizer will communicate the next steps regarding refunds or virtual runs. If eligible for a refund through Rallyy, we will process it back to your original payment method once authorized by the organizer.

For platform or payment issues, you can contact the Rallyy support team through email, WhatsApp, or phone. Our team is ready to assist you with registration or account concerns.
